Thanks for building it! A couple of things could be happening, but the first thing to check is that the contents of the tone folder on both the host computer and the Pi match up. The script is supposed to ensure this, but in case it's not working, you can send me the terminal output when you run the .bat script. Another thing I've seen is locked down permissions to the tone folder (/home/mind/Documents/GuitarML/NeuralPi/tones) so you can try a "chmod -R 775 *" on your Documents folder on the Pi. Also make sure you're using the same version of NeuralPi on both the host and Pi (latest release is 1.3).
